To achieve a desired results, cooperation should start with conversation with personal trainer, then to be effective, it should be controlled during this period. There are 6 steps of our cooperation:

  1. Interview with trainer, setting your training goals.
  2. Discuss about your eating habits, measuring the body, body composition analysis (% body fat/muscle/water) and discuss about results.
  3. Setting the diet plan.
  4. Start trainings.
  5. Checking your progress and correcting diet plan, when it’s necessary.
  6. End of cooperation, discuss about results and give documentations of cooperation.
