To achieve a desired results, cooperation should start with conversation with personal trainer, then to be effective, it should be controlled during this period. There are 6 steps of our cooperation:
- Interview with trainer, setting your training goals.
- Discuss about your eating habits, measuring the body, body composition analysis (% body fat/muscle/water) and discuss about results.
- Setting the diet plan.
- Start trainings.
- Checking your progress and correcting diet plan, when it’s necessary.
- End of cooperation, discuss about results and give documentations of cooperation.
